i have windows office 2007 and my word documents are messed up. I have fixed the margins the orientation basically the overall page layout but still the courser is at the very top of the page as if there are no margins what so ever i have already spend an hour trying to fix it and what ever my friends try to do doesn't work so please if you have any idea what to do tell me because i have papers and reports to write and i need to fix this problem asap|||Sounds like you've accidentally turned off the Interpage display, which also turns off the headers and footers and the top and bottom margins, but first, let's make sure you鈥檙e in Print Layout view.
1. Click on the View tab on the Ribbon.
2. Click the Print Layout button all the way on the left.
Now here鈥檚 how to fix the Interpage display itself.
1. Find the solid black line between the pages or at the top of the first page.
2. Double-click it with the cursor.
That should bring things back the way you want them.
Hope that helps.
P.S. Even without doing any of the above, your file will print properly and will appear normal in Print Preview.|||are you sure you are not in the header section , try clicking the middle of the page.try to remove the header.
