On my new Dell Inspiron laptop, i have Windows Office word trial, and for Christmas i got the Windows Office Home and Student disk. When i loaded it, it didn't ask me for the product key, and still says 60 day trial. My mom loaded it on her laptop because you can load it onto 3 different computers and it worked on hers. We did everything the same during the setup, so why is mine still saying trial?|||You need to uninstall the trial first. Go to your control panel, programs and features, and uninstall the microsoft office you see there. If you see two (trial and your new one) you need to uninstall BOTH. Reboot, and then reinstall your new one.|||try removing the trial and reinstalling the disk
