windows office: I've heard that you can copy the contents of the disc onto a flash drive through a normal pc.. that would be the easiest way for me but im not sure how this is done?? also, does anyone know anything about external disc drives?? how much do they cost/ would they work on my Eeepc 1002ha??|||Yes an external drive (USB) will work on your netbook. Yes you can install Office on the netbook by copying the install files to a flash drive first. Using windows explorer on a computer with a CD drive open the CD using the explore command the hit ctrl-A to select all files ctrl-C to copy all files. The navigate to your flash drive and hit ctrl-V to paste those files to your flash drive. when you attempt to install it file the setup.exe file and run it. It should install normally.
