It is Microsoft office 97 and you can uninstall it from add/remove programs in the control panel.|||go to program files, and delete everything.
use something like ccleaner to repair the registry an what not.
not everything will delete most likely but the program will be rendered useless and wont actually be on your computer.|||Try to install your newest type/version of Office(2000,XP, or 2007)
then go to upgrade your office...
after that you could now go to remove your office software
