I鈥檓 trying to upgrade from Microsoft Office 2003 to 2007. It looks like I need to fix error 1311 somehow. I keep getting this message: "Error 1311 Source file not found Cabinetfile.cab (ie. sku112.cab)" or this one: "Error 1311 Cannot locate source file Cabinetfile.cab."
