I just want to know how to send something :(|||With word 2007 it’s the easiest,
Having your letter you wish to send in front of you. Go, to the top left-hand corner with your mouse, to cover that little round multi coloured icon there, left click this; this will throw up a drop down which will have listed amongst others the option to “Send” highlight and left click this, this will throw up the option to E-mail or Fax, click e-mail. All you need to do now is to insert your required address and click send....Done
I.e. Top left click
Send click
E-mail click
Address insert click send....it’s that quick

Try sending it to yourself, I say this because, if behind your question people are finding it difficult to read your mail, because you use 2007, thats a different question.|||It's very simple using this custom 5 step program:

1) Print it out.
2) Put the paper into an envelope.
3) Write the destination address on the front.
4) Affix a postage stamp.
5) Put it into a mailbox.|||Save the file. Open your email program. Write the email. Attach a file. Find the Word file you saved. Click on it and click OK or Open or whatever button your email program gives you. Send the email.|||Many computer users can not open and read Word 2007 native files.

A good number of government offices and book publishers world wide also do not accept word 2007 native files.

To be certain the receivers can read the files you are emailing as attachments you need to use the "save as" command and make certain you will be e-mailing Word 2003 compatible file, or text file.

On a basic level, save the file with an distinct file name where you can find the file on your computer. Then open up your email client (program) or email website, address the email and attach the document to your email, and send the email. Depending on the email receiver's software, they should have a word processing software package that is compatible with a Microsoft Word 2003 file (Doc file).

The free versions of Abiword, Open Office, & the #2 Wordperfect Office suite are very compatible with DOC files, unless you are using complicated macros, or proprietary MS Office Control functions that have never been shared with other word processing companies.
