windows office: I have a new HP Mini laptop. It includes the Windows Office software, however, the product key I entered (which was located on a sticker at the bottom of the PC) would not work. Apparently it is incorrect. Does anyone know what I can do?|||I would highly recommend calling HP and asking them. Don't call Microsoft.|||The sticker on the bottom of the laptop has the key for your copy of Windows. You have the trial version of Office and need to purchase the full version. If you special ordered your laptop with the full version of MS Office installed, it should show up on your receipt (it will be around $150.00 or so) and they should have included install media with the key on the back.|||I know exatcly what you're doing. You are using a windows product key for your office.
