like its pops up the lttle loading square and then it says the name well i need to know how to change it ? PLEASE HELP ME|||The only thing I can think of would be to try this:
Go to Microsoft Word. Then to Tools--->Options-->User Information Tab. From there you can change your name, address, etc.
