I have my Windows XP, and it's not that old. But I've had it for a really long time, and I don't see the Office Suite anywhere. I really want the suite so I don't have to use Google Docs every time for my work. HELP!|||cant get xp one 4 free but open office org do a free one here
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Office-tool…|||Microsoft Office Tools is not included when you install windows XP. But if you want to check it there are microsoft office installed in your PC, you can check it by going to control panel > add remove programs, and check on the list if there is.
You can't get it for free. But don't worry there are lots of open source office tools out there and you can install them for free. These office tools are compatible with microsoft documents so you can open and edit documents created from microsoft office tools.
You can download the open office here:
http://download.openoffice.org/
Goodluck|||You can get Kingsoft Office 2007 Free Personal Edition.
Ths contains a word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation programs that can read and write to Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files.
You download it from this website: http://www.instantfundas.com/2008/09/kin…
Near the bottom of this web page you need to click on the words “download it through another site” to go to the website that has the installation program.
The installation file is stored in a zip file so you will need a program like Winzip or ExtractNow (which you can get from www.download.com) to unzip the file and extract the installation program for the Kingsoft Office 2007 Free Personal Edition.
The free program does display advertisements in the right panel which can’t be turned off but you can minimize the panel size so that it won’t occupy the whole computer screen.
If you already have experience using the Microsoft Office 2003 then you will like using Kingsoft Office 2007 because its menu interface is pretty similar to the one for Microsoft Office.
|||No I am afraid, that when you want Windows Office Suite, you will have to purchase it. There is an alternative. It is called Open Office
, it is nearly the same as MS Office and as good. The difference is the price. Open Office is completely free
http://www.filehippo.com/download_openof…|||No, but you can get OpenOffice which is very similar to Microsoft Office but it's open-source meaning it's free. Also, Microsoft Office is on sale at some places for $60-$70 which is very cheap.|||You can't get MS Office for free. But you can use openoffice. It's a free office suite. You can download it at www.openoffice.org . If Google Docs is good enough for you, then openoffice would be much better.|||No. Microsoft Office and Windows XP are two completely separate pieces of software. You have to purchase Office separately. There is no legal way to get Office for free.|||XP and Office are typically sold separately, just because you have XP does not mean you have Office.
